6 Minute Workout

Did I mention I was kicking my own arse? I did this one too.

10 seconds of Jump Squats - Lowest number of reps was 4
20 seconds of Side Pike Jumps - Lowest number of reps was 8
10 seconds of Jump Squats - Lowest number of reps was 4
20 seconds of Mountain Climber - Lowest number of reps was 21

You are not really supposed to write down your scores in this one as it is non stop the whole 6mins.  I kind of tried to a bit, but got over it and just tried to beat the lowest number of reps I was doing the previous round :)  Good luck!
