Back and Biceps today at the gym. I am really loving my new program and felt super cool training in my new outfit.
Hammer strength lateral pull down at 6kg
Wide grip lateral pull down at 28kg
Seated narrow grip cable row at 28kg
Bent over DB row at 12kg
Back extensions x 3 sets
BB curl at 10kg
Incline DB curl at 6kg
Alternate hammer curl at 6kg
Last week when I did this at the gym I felt sore for a few days afterwards. I know I pushed myself today and completing the workout and feeling pretty good this morning, means I am getting better right? I also saw a guy doing squats with 30kg on a BB and I thought to myself, you know what? I did 25kg squats the other day, I am going to aim for 30kg within the next 2 weeks!
