Bad Girl Workout

This morning it was pretty hard to get out of bed.  The skies are grey and the wind is howling.  Needless to say, I needed a kick up the ass and what better motivation is BodyRock?

High Knees (without rope) = 163-167-167-166-164-166
Squats with 16.5lb dumbbell = 26-29-28-28-28-29
Knee raises (using kitchen counter) = 23-26-26-24-22-23
