Benefits of Planning Ahead

If you are a nutrition savvy culinary whiz who loves experimenting in the kitchen, you might be unwittingly piling on the pounds.  According to a US study, when you eat, your brain releases chemicals linked to addiction and withdrawal, but the more you are exposed to individual food, the weaker this reaction becomes.  If you are keen to shed a few pounds, make a batch of one nutritious meal and eat it over the next few days - you could save yourself over 100 calories per day!
