Avocado and Vegemite = YUMMO!

I loved my dinner tonight.  I don't like wasting food so if it means I have to make a throw together meal, then so be it.

I toasted an English breakfast muffin and topped it with vegemite and avocado.  On the side, I had left over salad with egg whites, red onion, green onion, paprika, feta and some left over salad dressing I made with my big salad the other night.

Loads of protein in the mix tonight and good fats with the avocado!  What did you have for dinner tonight?
