Booty Shaping Workout

Was feeling strong tonight after not working out this morning so I completed this BodyRock.tv workout as well.

  • Commando Push Up:  13-13-15-16-18-18 
  • Sandbag Squat & Push Kick:  13-13-12-14-14-14
  • Single Knee Tuck:  14-12-11-10-12-15
Note:  I couldn’t do the push ups in proper form so I did the best I could with modified push ups.
