Give Me Everything Workout

When I got home today I felt like doing a little extra to earn my smoothie and dinner tonight.  So what better to quench that thirst, than BodyRock.Tv?

1. One Leg Dead Lift with Sandbag Left Leg:  21/19
2. One Leg Dead Lift with Sandbag Right Leg:  18/19
3. Jump Jacks with Jump Rope:  62/68
4. Knee Raises on Dip Station:  25/27
5. Jump Jacks:  66/69
6. Breakdance Push Up (alternating sides):  10/12
Note:  I completed regular jumping jacks without skipping rope and for the dip station, I used my kitchen bench :)
