I haven’t done this workout before so I can’t beat my personal best, however I do look forward to doing it again in the future and trying to kick my own ass :)
a) Sumo Jump Knee Up – go for maximum reps.
My score: 12-12-11
b) Sumo Pulse Calve Raise
My score: 13-12-13
a) Reptile on the run – go for maximum reps
My score: 32-26-31
b) Reptile Push Up – try super slow speed
My score: 7-9-9
a) Knee Hugs – go for maximum reps
My score: 14-16-17
b) Ab Burn Out – do as many of these short pulses as possible
My score: 23-23-25
Note: I did sort of half reptile on the run/half mountain climbers. I don’t have the strength to get all the way down. With the reptile push ups, I found these hard as well, so I modified and did the best I could!
