Hot Viral Sweat Workout!

Yesterday I walked home from work and did BodyRock in my lounge instead of going to the gym.  I didn’t feel bad at all because I pushed myself super hard and also beat my scores from the last time I did this workout :) YAY!

1. Legs elevated Sumo Push Up - 12/11/10/12/12/13
2. Ninja Jump Tuck - 6/6/6/7/7/7
3. Prisoner Get Up - 5/5/5/5/4/5
4. Pike Side Jump - 41/40/39/41/41/37
