Run done!! I did 2k at a fairly nice pace. Was quicker than my usual casual warm up pace but felt comfortable.
Stopped for a minute at the canal. Enjoyed the view. Bounced around
like Rocky. Did some hip stretches. Some shadow boxing (jokes. But
Then did some fartlek sprints on the way home. I left my recovery at
around 30sec and then carried on. I love trying to race the traffic. I
wonder if people know that’s what I am doing haha.
Now for abs and stretches.
Ps I really didn’t feel like running even though I wanted to. I’m glad I
did. You never regret a run. Remember that my lovelies!! Xx
