It all started with an idea.... The birth of fishcakes

These fishcakes. Started with an idea. And ten my man worked his magic and then we ate them!
Fish cakes were made of potato, salmon, peas, haddock and onion. Various herbs and spices went in I’m sure!

Underneath is a lovely bed of cooked spinach, more onion, grated carrot (my contribution thank u very much!) and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Very tasty. Can’t wait to have these again. We froze some so I am sure we will enjoy them again in a few more days.

Definitely awesome knowing what goes into the food you eat as well as taking steps to prepare the food as healthily as possible.
