I do love being coordinated at the gym - especially on legs day!
10min elliptical machine level 12 as a warm up
Leg extensions at 42
Sumo BB squat at 25kg
BB alternate lunge at 7kg
BB deadlift at 10kg
Lying leg curls at 25kg
Seated calf raise at 79kg
I had to get one of the guys at the gym to help me put the 25kg BB on my shoulders.. haha thanks mate!
