Let’s Burn Some More Fat

Ok this one almost killed me today! I was scratching around for something extra to do after legs day at the gym today so I decided to go with this older routine from Zuzana.
I am still sweating 10 mins after completing the work out.  I thought to myself - oh I feel motivated, I might try and do two lots of BodyRock.  NO WAY I am “completely wiped out” as Zuzana would say.

Scores for this body weight workout are below:
1. High Knees:  68/69/70/70/70/72
2. Mountain Climber:  42/42/41/42/43/43
3. Side Plank Jump:  6/6/6/6/6/6
4. Super Girl Push Up:  7/7/7.5/7/7/7

I dare you to give this one a go.  I am stuffed!  Great burn!
