2 teaspoons of The Groovy Food Company Agave Nectar
100g Tesco Crunchy Peanut Butter
40g Tesco Fruit & Nut Muesli
1 teaspoon Linwoods Organic Ground Milled Flaxseed
Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
30g PHD Pharma Whey in vanilla creme
Makes 7 x 25g (ish) balls
According to MyFitnessPal,
each ball has 131 calories and 52g of protein.
I have been enjoying
these in the morning at work with some raw carrots, celery or courgette
etc. Very tasty and with that much protein? WIN!
