Muffin Morning!

I felt the need for an egg whitey type breakfast today so of course I chose to include muffins, left over avocado and vegemite in the mix!

This breakfast is so easy to make and the nutritional value is pretty good as well.  I love seeing how much protein I can get into my diet especially when making breakfast.
 17g of protein
5g of sugar
10g of fat

Oh, and the drink is a Sainsburys Vitamin C.
