I had to modify this workout slightly as:
a) I do not have a sandbag and haven’t gotten around to making one yet (I used a 7.5kg/16.5lb dumbbell)
b) I can not skip inside (I just did high knees on the spot with no rope)
c) I do not have a dip station (so I completed modified knee pushups)
My scores are below:
High Knees: 138-122-133-153
