Red Hot Workout

I completed this workout this morning while waiting for the rain to stop outside, in sunny London.  Bleh.  I am itching to get out onto the pavement after this week of not being able to use the treadmills at work :(  I want to go and try and do some speed work!!
This workout is a time challenge.  Click on the video for more information.
  • 10 Seated Pull Ups & 10 Knee Crunches10 sets
  • High Knees with Jump Rope500 reps
  • Core Twist Push Up50 reps
  • High Knees with Jump Rope 500 reps
  • Sandbag Hip Thrust50 reps
Note: I don’t have a sandbag so I used 7.5kg dumbbell.  I also don’t have a dip station so I used my kitchen table.  I also can’t do 50 push ups just yet, so I completed the beginner modifications for this exercise.  It took me around 21mins to finish :)
