Second day with a sore back :(

Tuesday was legs day at the gym and this is when I pulled a muscle in my back :(  Again, I wasn't even lifting any weight when I did it - I must have just twisted the wrong way at some stage.  Bugger!

Leg extensions with 42
Alternating BB lunge with 7 and BB deadlift with 10 (superset)
Lying leg curls with 35
Seated calf raise with 79 and 88

I had to stop before I got to my sumo BB squats and standing calf raises.  I was saving those for last as they are my favorite and I wanted to see if I could do 2 x 12 squats with 25kg....  Patience.  It will come I am sure.....

I might try and do a little something at the gym today.  I know that having one or two days off wont kill me, but I am getting antsy and I feel like I need to do something.  I will speak to the female trainer at the gym and ask if I can continue any of the moves on my program with my back being a little sore.

What are you guys doing today?  How do you cope with injury?
