Sexy Beast Workout - BodyRock.Tv

The Sexy Beast Workout is Back!

This is the workout I decided to do this morning.
Dynamic Squats:  21-18-19-20-20-21
Reverse Pushup:  12-12.5-12-13-12-14
Dive Bomber:  7-6-6-6-7-6
Prisoner get up: 5-5-5-5-4-5
Note: I don’t have a dip station or sturdy chairs so I used my dining table.
