Take It Off Workout

Completed this work out this morning and sweat is still kinda dripping off my face.  Attractive hey?! Loves it!
High knees:  94-97-100
Ninja Jump Tuck:  4-5-6
High Knees:  95-98-101
Sandbag Swing:  14-15-15
High kness:  97-99-104
V-Lift on the Dip Station:  15-13-12
Note: I don’t have a sandbag so I used a 7kg dumbbell.  I also do not have a dip station so I used my kitchen benches
