This is why my face was red and I was super sweaty. I completed 5km on the treadmill at a fairly easy pace of 11-12 ish.. this was kind of me, deciding what to do at the gym today…. then after 5K I did sprints.
Pushed myself to run at level 14 for 1min, then 20sec recovery, 15 for 30 seconds, and then 15.5 for 15 seconds, then recover.. repeat… Mix it up etc. Was good! I have a feeling I am going to be sore tomorrow. That is what I get for being indecisive :)
