This afternoon was great! I took the tube down to Robbie's work and met up with him, his fiance Ryan and out wonderful friend Paul - in Clapham. Robbie and Ryan are getting married in October and I am super excited. I have been to quite a few weddings in my time, but only to a few really really close friends weddings. This one is going to be so special and I can't wait to celebrate their day with them :)
So, getting dressed in this 27degree heat, I decided to wear:
- Vintage Levi 501 Cutuffs from Brick Lane
- White V neck from Forever 21
- Silver bracelets from Sportsgirl Australia
- Black Haviannas
As per usual, Robbie cooked up a storm! Aussie style Rissols (lean beef with herbs, spices and Parmesan cheese), sweet corn, warm bread rolls and salad with mandarins in orange juice. Very tasty and I always go in for sausage as well :)
The view is always fantastic. Overlooking the Thames with the sun going down. I don't really need to explain this next pic further. It was beautiful.
Desert was a home made brownie, vanilla ice cream and fresh raspberries. Oh my goodness, the raspberries were so amazing with the ice cream I could have enjoyed just that for desert!
I left around 8:30pm or so and started the trek up to North London. Met Matt and his mate Weeman at the pub, had a quick drink, and now am back home blogging while they watch Fresh Meat . Off to bed soon - wake up and start baking tomorrow while the boys watch the Rugby! Very excited and can't wait to share the recipe with you all :) It will certainly be a winner!
Good night :)
