As you know part of my regular Sunday routine is to batch cook my lunches for the week. Matt has made some kind of Jerk Chicken for his (even though he doesn't eat it every day for lunch) and I have made Chicken chow mein.
This takes me around 20mins to cook up and it is totally worth it. I can not express to you how much time, effort and money it saves when you are actually prepared and you have planned ahead.
Failure to plan, is planning to fail. Simple!
It tastes fantastic and I can't wait to eat this every day :) Snack's for the week are going to be apples & cinnamon, yoghurt & agave nectar, protein muffins (stay tuned!) and whatever else I can find scratching around.
