I should really buy my soy milk in bulk..

Smoothie recipe for today is pure and simple - just how I like it :)
  • Frozen chunks of mango
  • Unsweetened soy milk
  • PHD protein powder
  • Agave nectar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
That cocoa powder really bought something new to the table.  I has been wondering for a few days how I could jazz up this mango delight.  Why didn't I think of this earlier?

 I think that putting things into my blending mug is one of my favourite past times!


 Last night as I was making my smoothie for dinner, I realised that I hadn't planned ahead and thought about breakfast this morning.  Since I started putting Peanut Butter in my oats, I have been really looking forward to breakfast.  More than usual!

 So I decided to make do (which is what you have to do, when you are on a budget and don't have every ingredient you want, at hand!)


This mornings oats are bought to you by Sainsbury's 2% fat Greek yoghurt.  This bowl is one of the creamiest bowls of oats I have EVER enjoyed :)
On a side note, London, I miss the lovely warm weather we have been having!  What's doing???

Have you ever tried yoghurt in your oats?  Did you microwave or simply put them in the fridge overnight?
