Dinner tonight was wholemeal crepes, made with egg whites, soy milk and... you guessed it, wholemeal flour. Inside we had lean turkey and ham, with some light cheddar cheese. Nothing special, however very tasty! Matt and I decided last minute to make crepes, so we had to make do with what was in our cupboards.
Dessert was naughty - a Ben & Jerry's ice cream sandwich. I felt like something naughty and I treated myself :) My sweet tooth is usually kept at bay with the loads of healthy treats I make over the weekend however I just couldn't walk past these at Tesco!
