I woke up this morning feeling
refreshed very tired from lack of sleep last night. After catching Matt and his mate at the pub on the way home, I ended up skyping one of my best mates back home at around 12:30am. The boys were up making all kinds of noises (sounds wrong, but that's what happens when you watch Spartacus, Fresh Meat, The Charlie Sheen Roast) so it was impossible to get to sleep before 2am. Then the blowing up of the airbed commenced. Need I say more?
Anyways - on the way home last week I swung past Sainsburys to get some fresh mango pieces in preparation for this very day. Bring on mango madness smoothies on this lovely 27degree London summers day!
I must say I am very pleased with myself - this smoothie turned out beautifully.
- 350ml Sainsburys unsweetened soy milk
- Frozen mango slices
- Handful of ice
- PHD vanilla creme protein powder
- 1 tsp of agave nectar
According to My Fitness Pal, calories are roughly 242 with 24g of protein.
Just hit the spot! Now, off to watch Gok on the TV while laying in the sun. Today is a great day!
