Monday's lifting (arms) and lunch

Monday was a good start to the week.  I didn't particularly feel like going to work after the awesome weekend I had, but someone has to make the money right?  To tell you the truth, it's never that bad anyways and as you know, I get to work out at lunch time.  I can't complain as not many of us have that luxury!

Workout
Warm up - 10mins elliptical, Level 13, Random

3 x 15 push ups
4 x 8 reps of tricep press with 12kg
3 x 8 reps of tricep push down with 21kg + 4 x 8 reps of incline DB curl with 9kg
3 x 8 reps of DB bench press with 10kg
4 x 8 reps of alternating DB curl with 9kg

Then I got talking to someone and forgot to do my ab workout.  Oops!  I barely had time to rush back to my desk and wolf my cheap salad down.


As you can see I grabbed a bit of everything.  Pasta salad, potato salad, bean salad, olives, roasted green beans, rice with raisins, grated carrot with mint and some cous cous.


I ended up leaving some of it behind today as I was not as hungry as I thought I was.  Also, I am dealing with some personal things right now and I guess it is affecting my appetite a little bit.  I will elaborate on that a little later though :)

I set the alarm all ready to get out of bed to BodyRock, however I just couldn't get myself over the finish line.  Never to fear! Tomorrow is a new day and I am sure that things will be a little brighter.
