Nothing new to report.... Legs Day was a good one though!

Without a word of a lie - what you see below is probably my favorite part of the day.


I love my oatmeal and can not think of anything else I would rather eat for breakfast! ;)

  • 1/2 cup of Quakers oats
  • Sainsburys unsweetened soy milk
  • 1t PHD protein powder
  • 1T Agave nectar
  • 1T Sainsburys peanut butter with dark chocolate chips
  • 1t milled ground flax seeds
Yesterdays workout looked a little something like this:

Workout
10mins treadmill warm up
12 rounds on punching bag with 50sec on and 10sec off intervals

Lunchtime lifting
2 x 15 reps of narrow stance squats with 15kg
2 x 10 reps with 35kg
4 x 8 reps of narrow stance leg press with 79kg
4 x 8 reps of single leg BB squat with 8kg
3 x 10 leg extensions with 56kg
3 x 20 seated calf raises with 124kg

 I have started to brainstorm some ideas on going on a holiday with a mate of mine in a few weeks. I will post more on that later as things are changing in my life.

Hard times ahead but I am positive this will be for the better.  If you love someone you have to let them go right?
