As I write this I think back the last two weeks, where something has gone wrong - I have forgotten Tuesday. Right now, I feel pleased to say that I remember everything that went on yesterday - and I hope that by the time Friday comes around, I can look back at this post and say to myself "oh yeah, that's what I did on Tuesday!".
Work is very busy right now. Everything feels like it is going wrong. End of year. Trying to hit deadlines. Meetings. Getting prepared for launches. Getting prepared to have next week off. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day for everything right now. I feel like I am drowning and to tell you the truth, when I come home from work, all I want to do is sit on the couch with a smoothie, watch something trashy on TV and fall asleep.
This is not like me. Something has to change!

Overhead triceps with 12kg
Alternating DB curls with 9kg
Tricep push down with 21kg
DB bench press with 10kg
Knee raises with 1 pull up to finish
200 crunches on the exercise mat
This was a pretty pathetic dinner to be honest with you. Sainsburys basics white bread with butter, Vegemite and light cheese. Oh how I have missed you, but oh how I don't ever want to eat you again. I am broke, tired and overall, have not felt prepared this week. Next week I vow to snap out of my funk! I promise!
Also, today was a sad day. I finally finished my vanilla PHD protein powder. Darn. Now I have to go and buy some more. It was very tasty and I honestly feel like I got my money's worth. I will write a post about where I buy my protein powder from later - thank goodness it is payday on Friday!
