You Da One Workout - BodyRock.Tv

Sunday around lunch time I decided to get my ass into gear with a BodyRock.Tv workout.  I chose the new You Da One Workout .  Man, I was sweating up a storm after this and my shoulders were killing me.

I do love working on my shoulders and arms though (since I aspire to have arms like Zuzana's) so I loved the burn the sandbag presses gave me.

My scores are below:

Surfer kickout:  8.5, 8, 9
Running man press:  5, 5, 5.5
Kick press right:  9, 9, 10
Kick press left:  9, 9, 10
Press jacks:  13, 14, 20
3 point abs:  13, 14, 15

Note:  I don't have a sandbag so I used my 7.5kg dumbbell.  I don't have a dip station so I used my kitchen bench
