You Make Me Feel Workout - BodyRock.Tv


Tuesday night I completed the You Make Me Feel Workout workout from BodyRock.Tv

My shoulders are still burning 20mins later from the plank jacks.  Holy moley!

Ninja jump tuck - 10, 9,10
Sandbag lunge combo - 16,13,14
High knee push up - 5,5.5,5
Plank jacks - 41,44,52

Notes:  I don't have a sandbag so I used my 7.5kg dumbbell as pictured below


Now, off to refuel with a banana-choc-peanut butter smoothie :)

  • Unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • PHD protein powder
  • Milled ground flax seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Agave nectar
  • Cocoa powder
