Bad Girl Workout - BodyRock.Tv

Today my new Heart Rate Monitor came in the mail! Yay!  I tested it out while completing this old workout from BodyRock.Tv.

Rounds were 10 seconds and 50 seconds

High Knees without rope - 180-168-178-168-165-170
Squats with no weight  - 27-28-26-29-29-30
Knee raises on kitchen counter - 22-20-21-21-22-23
