Monday - are we seriously in October already?

Hi! It's totally been a while since I posted anything of substance other than recipes on this blog.  I have still be working out as per usual - don't panic.  I am updating my Fitocracy profile as I go, so feel free to pop over there if you want to catch anything I haven't posted.

This weekend just passed, I got to hang out with Robbie, Ryan, Oscar, Riley annnnd ROXY!!!

 
 How adorable is that? Seriously.  Such a sweetheart at 7 weeks.  I can not wait to watch her grow up.

This is Riley, all passed out.  Him and Oscar don't really understand what Roxy is doing at home with them, but I am sure after a week of playing they will all be one little happy puppy family.  I had huge withdrawals on Sunday when I was on the way home :(

After work I felt like I needed something more.  I couldn't be bothered getting out of bed for a run (since I washed my hair and all over the weekend).... so I decided to complete a Zwow.

My time for this workout was 14mins and 44 seconds.  I used my sandbag for the DB swings and the weight is around 8kgs

Dinner tonight was two tofu sausages, tomato with a pinch of salt, organic hummus, chutney and some veg.  Yummo and man, I was starving.   

Oh, and I made more pumpkin pie!  Have you guys made any awesome fall recipes yet?
