2015 - Bring It



Hello and welcome to 2015!
In 2014 it became quite difficult for me to keep up with writing this blog because, well, you know.  LIFE HAPPENED!  


To keep it brief, these days I spend my time between London and Los Angeles for work.

I am still keeping up with my training and try my best to eat good food, often - and of course, strike that balance of having fun and doing what I love - while respecting my body and fuelling it in a way that allows me to keep training as often and as hard as I want to. 


I am still in love with Crossfit.  It has encouraged me to find new sports to try and also, come back to what I used to love when I was growing up.

Over Christmas, I was lucky enough to go home.  Home home, Australia.  With my best mate Michelle.  It was an absolutely perfect time and I am so blessed to have been able to do it.

Australia, the land of the big banana, the big prawn, the big clam, the big trout and of course, the big pineapple! 


So here's to another great year in the books.  I have plans to re-vamp my little blog and get back into the regular routine of blogging each week.  But as they say...

life is what happens when you are busy making other plans :)
