I like to keep track of my exercise and progress so one day I can look back and see how far I have come

I do not post everything I eat.  I am always honest when writing my posts and sharing my view.  If I eat a slice of pizza, I ate a slice of pizza.  My blog tries to encourage you to 

Find balance and make time for a healthy lifestyle

This does not mean your life has to suddenly become boring, you starve yourself and become an exercise addict :)

Do not take what I write as gospel.  Everyone knows, what is good for the goose is not always good for the gander.  I do a lot of research for my own benefit and write about my findings and experiences.  I hope that you will do what I do, which is learn, and then take what you want to apply to your own life :)

If I use a recipe that has been taken from another bloggers website, I will always credit the original source of the recipe and list what I have changed for it to suit my needs.  Again, this is what works for me and you never know, the changes might work for you too!

At the end of the day, if you don’t like what you are reading on my blog – you always have the option not too.  That would make me sad, but it is one of life's great choices!
